Beside the fire, not far from a sup Brian Adamson's front bar has, for years now we have been building a network of Traditional Irish Musicians, who have been cultivating a live session every Friday Night. The Fire is lit at about 7. . . . the music starts at about 10. We have different core musicians every Friday so it never grows dull and there's always something new. From Strict Trad to Group Irish Singsong, with a dash of Bluegrass and Jazz every now and then, the only thing you can be sure is Mighty Fun!
The Back bar has good bit more room. Most Saturday nights we get a good band in, bands who know the craic, play what you want to hear, and with a good beat, give you the urge to boogie, to jive or however you want to shake it. We have parties, and can supply food and whatever you need to have a good time.
Early in 1982 a car drew to a stop on Analore Street, Clones. Inside was a family of 5 who became part the social fabric, not only of Analore Street , but of the whole town of Clones and it's hinterland. Brian Adamson's Bar has become a true part of Clones and in the spirit of the town welcome all, from near and far.
Come join us for a sup and some craic, you won't be sorry. From your SUNDAY BEST, to JUST FINISHED WORK attire, you're always dressed well in Brian Adamson's bar.
We serve a choice of woodfired Pizzas with a nice selection of sides and Italian soft drinks to take away. You can also sit down in our covered, heated outdoor area to enjoy our drink and food here with us.
We are Lucky to work in such a great place. The character of our bar is, yes a lot about the fire, don't start me on the pint, the decor, the light and the music...... But the biggest plus we've got is our gathering of bods, people, the gals' the dudes' the blow-ins' the auld friends and the new strangers. We are blessed with the custom we have,
And we thank you all !!
